Front Desk/Administrative Support – NYC Office
Self-starter Front Desk Coordinator with excellent communication and clerical skills, MS Office software experience required. The Front Desk Coordinator/Admin Support is responsible for providing support in prioritizing and handling daily responsibilities, and employing organizational skills in accomplishing multiple tasks and projects. Scheduled hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists visitors with inquiries/appointments
- Answering phones
- Handling mail (incoming/outgoing)
- Performs departmental filing, typing, copying, faxing, and reception duties
- Manages travel arrangements
- Maintains office supply inventory
- Coordinates shipping of all company Fed Ex, UPS, DHL & US Postal Service packages
- Liaison for building issues to include employees work areas
- Liaison for outside vendors
- Expense Report preparation for Senior Management
- Serve as back-up for CEO’s Executive Assistant
- Other work-related duties as assigned by manager
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years experience in a business environment
- Spreadsheet and word processing software experience strongly preferred
Other skills and abilities:
- Ability to multi-task

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office package
